the setting was particularly good, short walk to great restaurants and santa monica pier, beach and santa monica pier, and beautiful santa monica. the room was reasonably spacious with kitchen when upgraded. all the staff was helpful and friendly, fixed my issues.

During my 6-night stay, I loved the lively atmosphere of the rooftop bar and the fine views of the ocean. The noise from parties disturbs the serenity I hoped for. I appreciated the spacious Queen Room was good this unique stay enjoyable despite minor inconveniences.

Its location was superior, on the ocean, and in a particularly good area. Santa Monica district was worth exploring.

It had favourable and excellent location, not far from transport and restaurants and the shopping area...

Fast wifi and great pool area, but no on-site parking was inconvenient.

I really enjoyed the spacious apartment-style room with the kitchenette, which. The sunsets from our balcony were amazing! I also appreciated the helpful staff who were always available through the app.

The bathtub was gorgeous, but the app check-in was frustrating.

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, with a clean and warm outdoor swimming pool that enhanced our stay and was just a short 10-minute walk to downtown.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was perfect for a quick getaway, close to the beach. I had a good dinner nearby with fantastic ocean views. For best parking options, use the garage behind the hotel for convenience!

The hotel's decor was charming. I especially loved the beautiful pool area and the rooftop bar with fine views of the ocean.

The location was excellent for my business needs, and the size of the room was spacious and accommodating, making it comfortable for work .

Water issues and app communication were frustrating.

You'll need to download an app just to check in, which really feels like a hassle, especially after paying online. The bathroom fixtures seemed outdated, and it took an unnecessary amount of time running the water before it got cold-definitely not ideal for brushing your teeth. I encountered some major issues with water quality. It had a peculiar taste and wasn't pleasant to drink at all. The ceiling above the shower leaked , and even after discussing it in person, there was no follow-up from the hotel. Plus, I found myself having to book housekeeping, which feels a bit off for a place trying to ride that four-star wave. Parking also hit my wallet hard, and to top it off, the noise from the rooftop bar could be pretty disruptive at night, leading to some less-than-stellar sleep.

The location is amazing, just steps from the beach and Santa Monica Pier with awesome views of the ocean. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfy, with a fully equipped kitchen, tv, and even a private bathroom. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the fitness center. Staff were super friendly, and valet service was efficient.
